*Please make sure to choose a Terminal or Upper Deck area that will also accommodate any guests that are unable to climb stairs. Most of our Terminals & Upper Deck areas are upstairs, we do not have an elevator. We do have a Terminal Room (Terminal 5) downstairs to accommodate. We may not be able to change your room once booked.

Please keep in mind that we do not have an elevator. Any special accommodations need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance if it’s available. We cannot guarantee room change on the day of the event. Please call our facility to speak with a manager to help better assist you. 252-689-6401

We accept cash(in-facility), credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay. When paying with a credit or debit card, we now charge a card fee of 3.5% to use them. Please keep this in mind when paying online or in person.
