Terms:
If you add on to the party we require the FULL AMOUNT upfront. All birthday party reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will always work with our valued guests if unexpected events arise and rescheduling becomes necessary for the customer. We can reschedule the party time or day as long as we have 48-hour notice. We may not be able to reschedule any party time or day less than 48 hours prior to the start time of the party. If we can reschedule, there is a $30 rescheduling fee.
*NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS WILL BE ALLOWED UNLESS PURCHASED FROM OUR CAFE 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR PARTY! Food is not included with this coupon. Each party room will have a fridge filled with drinks for you to choose from with PEPSI products that range from $2 – $2.70 per drink and are not included with the coupon. These prices are subject to change.
* Each party guest wanting to jump will be required to have a signed waiver and pay the applicable rate for their wristband. If party guests do not pay for their jump time, it is the responsibility of the party parent to pay for the unpaid jumpers. You may pick up invitations at the front desk after your reservation is confirmed.
*If you arrive late to your party time, we cannot add the missed time to the end of the party. Additional time, if available, can be purchased at the front desk.
*Group rates/Deals are NOT applicable with party packages. We cannot give a discount on top of a discount.
*Party kids and jumpers must be at least two years old to jump.
*Party kids participating in the toddler area must be at least 45 inches and below to enter unless they’re being assisted by a sibling or parent!

A terminal is an actual room with a door. An upper deck area is an open area. Please keep in mind that people may walk behind your party. For visual reference, please see the “Birthday Party Pricing” page underneath the About tab.
Please keep in mind that we do not have an elevator. Any special accommodations need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance if it’s available. We cannot guarantee room change on the day of the event. Please call our facility to speak with a manager to help better assist you. 252-689-6401
Photography Services:
We offer a free photography service for our birthday parties only. All photos are uploaded to our Facebook page within the week. Please be advised, with this being a new service, we are still working on the best service we can provide but photos may not be guaranteed.
Payment Methods:
We accept cash(in-facility), credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay. When paying with a credit or debit card, we now charge a card fee of 3.5% to use them. Please keep this in mind when paying online or in person.
