Who must sign Waivers?

Every participant must have an up to date waiver to play on the attractions. Waivers are not required to play in the arcade nor dine in the Cafe.

Are Birthday Party Revervations Refundable?

Birthday party reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will always work with our valued guests if unexpected events arise and rescheduling becomes necessary for the customer.

May I bring Outside Food or Drinks?

All food & drinks for birthday parties and groups must be purchased from Sawyer’s Fun Park Cafe. Birthday Cakes are the only exception.

Are socks and shoes required?

In the Trampoline area and ninja course are the required grip socks that can be purchased at the front desk. Laser tag, ropes, and rock wall requires all participants to wear shoes! Cafe area must have shoes.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

ALL sales are final and no refunds will be allowed. Please contact upper management with any questions.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENTS WE ACCEPT?

We accept cash(in-facility), credit and debit cards, and apple pay. When paying with a credit or debit card, we now charge a card fee of 3.5% in order to use them. Please keep this in mind when paying online or in person.

DO WE ALLOW ANIMALS?

No pets are allowed! You will be asked to remove the pet from the facility. Service animals are welcomed.

DO WE HAVE LOCKERS?

We have cubbies for all personal belongings. We are not responsible for anything lost or stolen.

CAN YOU MAKE RESERVATION FOR LASER TAG ONLINE?

No, Laser Tag reservations are made in person at the park on a first-come-first-served basis. The only attraction that you can reserve ahead of time is our trampoline park.

HOW LONG DO WAIVERS LAST?

Waivers are good for one year after you complete them at our waiver kiosk station or online. You must be at least 18-years-old in order to fill out a waiver. Since this is a legal document, all spouses must fill out their own waiver. Anyone 17-years-old and younger must have a parent or legal guardian fill a waiver out for them. ALL birthday party waivers are good for only one day.

DO SAWYERS FUN PARK CARDS EXPIRE?

They do not. Any leftover money or tickets will remain on the card until your next visit. No refunds will be permitted.

IS THERE A GENERAL ADMISSION FEE?

NOPE! When you arrive at the facility, you will pay by the attraction for all participants. Please see our attraction page for all rules and restrictions.

IS DROP OFF ALLOWED?

Every participant must have supervision while in the facility under the age of 15-years old. The minimum age for drop-off is 16-years-old with a signed waiver by an adult 18-years and older.
