We accept cash(in-facility), credit and debit cards, and apple pay. When paying with a credit or debit card, we now charge a card fee of 3.5% in order to use them. Please keep this in mind when paying online or in person.

No pets are allowed! You will be asked to remove the pet from the facility. Service animals are welcomed.

We have cubbies for all personal belongings. We also have lockers available for purchase. We are not responsible for anything lost or stolen.

No, Laser Tag reservations are made in person at the park on a first-come-first-served basis. The only attraction that you can reserve ahead of time is our trampoline park.

Waivers are good for one year after you complete them at our waiver kiosk station or online. You must be at least 18-years-old in order to fill out a waiver. Since this is a legal document, all spouses must fill out their own waiver. Anyone 17-years-old and younger must have a parent or legal guardian fill a waiver out for them. ALL birthday party waivers are good for only one day.

They do not. Any leftover money or tickets will remain on the card until your next visit. No refunds will be permitted.

NOPE! When you arrive at the facility, you will pay by the attraction for all participants. Please see our attraction page for all rules and restrictions.

Every participant must have supervision while in the facility under the age of 15-years old. The minimum age for drop-off is 16-years-old with a signed waiver by an adult 18-years and older.

Birthday party reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will always work with our valued guests if unexpected events arise and rescheduling becomes necessary for the customer.

All food & drinks for birthday parties and groups must be purchased from Sawyer’s Fun Park Cafe. We do not allow any outside food or drinks.

In the Trampoline area and ninja course are the required grip socks that can be purchased at the front desk. Laser tag, ropes, and rock wall require all participants to wear closed-toed shoes (must be fully secured to feet)! In the cafe area, you must have shoes.

There are 2 ways to complete an application. You can go to our homepage from a desktop computer (not a mobile device), scroll to the bottom of the page and click Employment Opportunities, complete the online application. You can also download our paper application by going to the ABOUT tab, click the link labeled Employment Application and print off. Fill out the application and return to the front desk during operating hours.
